When I look back today, I realize that the journey of Sai Care was never easy. There were days when we questioned ourselves, nights when we worried about tomorrow, and moments when giving up seemed easier than continuing.

In the beginning, we did not have everything that a successful organization needs today. We had limited resources, limited recognition, and many challenges. Building trust was difficult. Every call, every patient, every family, and every journey taught us something new.
There were financial struggles. There were operational challenges. There were difficult decisions. There were moments of disappointment.
But there were also moments that made everything worthwhile.
